Financial Reporting & Taxation is a team of seven people located in Head Office of An Australian based Travel company. Team is responsible for Monthly reporting to Australian Parent company, Annual Financial statements audit and finalisation, Taxation and payroll of of the company. As an integral part of the team Assistant Manager Financial Reporting & taxation will primarily responsible for Taxation compliance and HO Accounting.
Key Responsiblity
• Filing of TDS,Service Tax, Income Tax & Wealth Tax Returns
• Liasioning with Tax Authorities to give reply for their day to day queries
• Updating company with new amendments in Taxation and regulations
• Tax Planning for the company to identify the opportunities for tax saving without any non compliance
• Monthly deposit of Service Tax & TDS
• Effectively manage projects relating to the continual improvement of assigned accounting processes.
• Responsible to ensure timely and accurate Head Office Accounting & provide clear communication to branches for the matters related to that.

Must Handle:
o Continuous management of financial systems including overseeing the entering and recording data on sales, revenues, taxes, profits, financial transactions, tax savings, fund and cash flow management and other accounts related matters.
o Establishing Internal controls and systems
o Undertaking financial audits (an independent check of an organization's financial position)
o Tax Planning & Statutory Compliance including VAT, Service Tax, Company Law requirements, TDS and other Direct Tax issues
o Providing financial advice
o Risk Analysis
o Preparing balance sheets on a regular basis including monthly and annual balance sheets
o Preparation of budget in consultation with other stake holders
o Liaising with External auditors and dealing with financial irregularities as they arise
o Leadership – Managing the team

B.COM GRADUATE WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL AND GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE AND TALLY AND THE PERSON HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF ANNUAL FILLING AND COMPANY FORMATION WILL BE PREFERRED
