• Having good experience in MIS and payroll processing.
• Proven working experience as a Financial analyst.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, database, MS office and financial software application (Tally).
• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

Internal Audit Dept: Internal Audit and Due Diligence
Tax Dept Sales Tax, Income Tax , VAT, Service Tax
Legal Dept: Filing of Cheque Bounce cases, Represnatation in Court, Legal Matters, Bail Applications, Filing and Attending to Criminal Cases
Labour Law Dept: Compliance related to PF , ESIC, Shop Act License, Also DGFT Compliance
IPR Dept: Registration of Trademarks and Copyrights and IPR Protection
(CA/CS with Flair for Technology and People Management)
Skills & Experience : Reqd. CS
CA, CS, Well Conversant with Compliance requirements under different Legislation Areas (especially for Finance and Corporate Legislation/Statutes/Regulations) as applicable to different sectors, Communication Skills, People Management Skills
