The company has many clients who will need to incorporate entities, ROC filing, minutes of meetings, resolution and other statutory compliance.
This is a highly flexible work environment and one can work either from out of office or from home.
We are willing to hire more than one professional.
No fixed salary, will be paid per transaction basis.
