Accounts:
Passing of entries in tally on regular basis;
Fortnightly vendor payments;
Bank reconciliation on weekly basis; and
Documentation of Vendor agreements, invoices etc.
Taxes:
Calculation of TDS liability on monthly basis and payment of TDS before due dates;
Filling TDS return on quarterly basis;
Working of GSTR 3B and GSTR 1;
Reconciliation of GSTR 2A with books of accounts on monthly basis;
Foreign remittance certification;

We need CA firm to outsource accounting for a period of 60 days. We are in process of SAP implantation from Tally ERP and we will be running parallel accounting activity in SAP and Tally. For the stated activity we need 3/4 people with working knowledge of Tally and 1 supervisor with knowledge of working in Tally and SAP both, who will be responsible for reconciliation of entries posted in SAP and Tally. This activity has to be reviewed by senior members in CA firm.
