The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years post qualification Indian corporate experience in the IT/ITES industry, preferably a multinational corporation.
Should be conversant with the labour laws (PF & ESI), FEMA & RBI regulations.
Worked in an environment which handles multi-currency transactions
Updated on the Indian tax laws, both direct and indirect taxes with specific expert knowledge in service tax & VAT
Understanding of accounting concepts preferred
Detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of projects
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management
Has extracted, analyzed and reviewed data and made appropriate recommendations

He/ she will also be directly interacting with international clients.

Role Summary/Purpose: Manager Finance: Demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the business, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy
This position would report to Redbus CFO.
Essential Responsibilities: • Manage recording, reporting and reconciliation of business transactions.
• Responsible for monthly closing/estimates and develop reliable estimates of costs, cash and key working capital accounts; communicate current results and estimates to business leaders
• Work with functional and business leaders to understand & drive opportunities for Growth and managing cost. Lead and provide analytics on strategic initiatives
• Identifying risks & opportunities during each quarter and leading team in mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities
• Driving standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practice sharing
• Ensure the accuracy of the organization’s financial results by recognizing and preventing misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of information
• Work effectively with functional & business leaders to proactively drive key business initiatives and effectively analyze and report the financial impact on the business
• Anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures on Business processes by applying knowledge of accounting, finance and business processes
