The ideal candidate will
* Be a CA / CFA with 3 - 6 years of relevant Post-Qualification Experience
* Have Good Experience in Financial Analysis, & Feasibility studies for new projects in the Real Estate industry
* Be Based in Chennai or be Willing to relocate to Chennai
* Excellent Analytical, interpersonal and Communication skills
* Identifying and evaluating strategic investment opportunities
* Preparing Business Plans, Conducting Project Analysis , SOP & Feasibility Studies for new ventures
* Advising the Top Management and Board of Directors in - major Investments, Capital Expenditure, ROI on major decisions
* Cost Control for the new projects of the group
* Business intelligence support (Industry Analysis, Geographic Analysis, Feasibility studies, Financial Analysis)
