• Willing to travel extensively all over India, interacting with Professionals, Promoters and regulatory bodies.
• Well-presented & excellent oral and written communication skills including, ability to make power point presentations, pitch books, industry research reports, business letters and other materials for deal generation and closure
• The incumbent will closely work with Seniors on deal generation front of Merchant Banking Industry.
• Developing new markets for existing service offering such as Public Issues, SME IPO, Open Offers, Delisting and other fund raising / advisory services and generating new business opportunities with market analyses and competitive assessments.
• Perform under close training and directions of Seniors, where performance will be the sole criteria of evaluation
