HashCube is a fast growing startup backed by leading investors from India and US. HashCube Inc is registered in the US and has a fully owned subsidiarly in India. We make games which are played by users across the globe and majority of our revenue comes from western countries. We are looking for someone who can help us with all legal, accounts and compliance issues in the US and India. You will be working with Lawyers, CPAs, CAs, CSs, Banks and Vendors in India and US.
SECRETARIAL & ACCOUNTS
Independently handle with all secretarial functions such as Convening and conducting Board, Committee and General Meetings of the Company. Preparation of minutes for the meetings and filing of various e-forms with ROC.
Preparation and filing of FC-GPRS and FC-TRS forms with AD and their follow-up
FEMA compliances and Coordination with RBI
Liaising with the ROC, RBI and other Statutory authorities for Secretarial & other compliance related matters.
Drafting of legal contracts, agreement and their vetting.
Execution of Employee stock options (ESOP)
Coordinating with the Charted Accountants, Advocates and Banks in India as well as in USA
Overall responsible for Accounts, Finance & Taxation
Prepare, examine & analyze accounting records & financial statements.
QUALIFICATIONS
B.com, LLB, CS, CA either qualified or semi qualified.
EXPERIENCE
1-2years of experience either in CS firm or CA firm or Law firm or any Companies
