Job responsibilities -
The executives are expected to
I. Interact with the clients to:
- Assist them with any tax related query
- Direct them to the appropriate services of TaxFriday
- Service the client with general services like tracking IT returns, IT Notice advice, etc.
II. Should be adaptive to agile method of system development to coordinate with our tech team in building our platform.
III. Research on aspects around individual taxation and finance.
