JOB PROFILE:-

a) Job Description -

To conduct Operational / Financial analysis and audit reviews, participate in discussions & release final report as per Audit Plan. This would involve the following-
* Prepare a checklist
* Participate in opening meeting
* Data collection & analysis
* Participate in Exit meetings
* Prepare draft reports
* Get action plans from the auditees
* Discuss with mentor/ Chief Internal Auditor
* Release the report
* Participate in other departmental activities such as investigations, meetings, presentations, departmental budget etc.

b) Competencies expected -
Analytical skills; Clarity in thinking; Report writing skills; Communication skills; Interpersonal skills

c) Preferred exposure -
Technical knowledge/ knowledge of Accounting and finance; Preferred - knowledge of ERP systems

PERSONAL PROFILE:-

a) Educational Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant/
b) Experience:-

* No of years - Not essential, but 0-3 years working experience in a related line would be an advantage

* Industry choice if any - Not essentially required

c) Age - Up to 27 years
