• Comfortable with Numbers
• Good spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Accounting, Business, Taxation, Banking
• Competent in use of Computer, Printer, Scanner, Internet, Email, Tally ERP9 Software and Office Suite
• Ability to communicate externally with Chartered Accountants, Tax Officials and Tally Customer Service personals
• Be organized in maintaining data in computers and papers on files
Responsibilities
• Record all financial and inventory transactions like Purchase Bills, Sales Invoice, Vouchers, Employees Payroll, Delivery Challans, Production and Inventory records
• Organize documents in Physical Files, Tally software and Computer
• Produce data, reports whenever required in required format to the Management, Chartered Accountants and Banks
• Produce and file statements/returns to various authorities like APMC, VAT, IT, TDS, CST, e-Sugam, Coconut Development Board, DIC etc
• Cash Management, Bank Account Reconciliation, Invoice verification, Issue Cheques, NEFT/RTGS Payments
• Define Standard Operating Procedures for Accounting Process. Define Ledgers and Masters necessary for organized accounting.
Qualification
• B. Com/M. Com, BBM/MBA, BCA/MCA
• 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing company
Location - Factory Office at Kallarpe, Aryapu Village, Puttur, Dakshina Kannada
Timings – 8.30 a.m to 6 p.m, Sunday holiday
