- Excellent understanding of revenue recognition principles
- Good understanding of systems and controls in a completely systems oriented environment
- Proven customer facing skills with ability to support business and finance
- Ability to read and understand agreements and contracts
Role:
- Understand the underlying processes for the capture of the data for billing and revenue recognition
- Examine data integrity by critically evaluating the processes
- Examine controls to ensure completeness of billing and revenue recognition and wherever required, introduce such controls with specific objective to control revenue leakage
- Ensure the existence of supporting documents such as contracts, PO, work orders, change requests, UAT signoffs etc. for the billing / revenue recognized
