Job description: Responsible for payments to vendors and associates; verification of approvals and supportings, account entries in Tally for payments, cost centre accounting; Updation of bank book and Daily bank reconciliations; Mainitaining inward - outward register; Capturing online order details and accounting of the same based on reports from the payment gateway; Invoicing and related entries in Tally; Reimbursements to associates for out of pocket expenses and related MIS and entries; Investment and investment income schedules and entries; MIS reports; Maintenance and Reconciliation of stock records; Preparing for audit and assisting in audit completion; Maintaining of accounting books and records - filing and record-keeping; Maintenance of accounting masters; TDS reconciliation and follow up; Assisting in statutory payments and returns.
