• Be a qualified CA
• Have 0-8 years experience in the financial sector with regard to process consulting/ internal audit/ risk consulting in areas pertaining to mutual funds, insurance and fund accounting
• Possess strong domain knowledge
• Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage
• Have the ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
• Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous long period of time
• Have strong soft skills like inter personal skills, team skills, communication skills both verbal and written.
