Job role will be as below
1. Perform a variety of advanced or special financial activates such as various Reconciliations, clean-up of books etc.
2. Involvement in ERP Implementations as project key team member.
3. Activities pertaining to Internal Control system.
4. Group internal audits - be part of team member to help in concluding the audits.
5. Dealing with statutory or tax auditors, tax and ROC compliances, due diligence, investigation or forensic audits, etc. and the list is endless.
6. Tax compliances and ROC compliances,
7. Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations in business specially finance functions.
8. Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
9. Any other Accounting , Audit, Tax, ROC, other statutory compliance as an when required.

Article assistant who has passed CA Intermediate examination & has completed 2 years of Articleship.
