Charted Accountant

Position: Charted Accountant.

Note: Working hours Morning 8 AM to 5.30 PM. Every month 1st Saturday is a work day and rest of the Saturday will be an off

Qualification: Commerce Graduate with CA.

Experience Level: 5+ Yrs of experience in Finalization of accounts and Tax Returns (India)

Job Responsibilities: Good experience in finalization of Accounts of Indian Companies. Should be leading a team of accountants in finalization of year end accounts for at least 5 years and excellent Knowledge of Indian Tax Laws.

• Supervising and Review the work of Team of Accountants who are designated to Australian Accounting Firm.
• Discussion with Client of the requirement, Systems and procedure and its implementation and advice to Team members.
• Budgeting jobs for time and getting approval from clients.
• Ensuring that jobs are completed as per agreed due dates and required quality standards.
• Effective management and execution of client accounting projects, as directed by the on site Team Manager and Australian Transition Manager
• Effective and timely communication with client and Director in relation to work flow, data issues etc.
• Team performance: functioning as an effective team member, supporting others and accessing collegiate knowledge and skills as needed
• Any other professional or business development projects as directed by BOSS Director via on site Team Manager.
• To ensure that all accountings are carried out with proper documentation, including internal vouchers, as per the general laid down accounting norms and company policies & practices.
• working knowledge of TALLY & Microsoft Excel is highly regarded

Location: Bangalore (RMV Extension)

Salary: 8 - 10 Lacs

Rounds of interview
1st round-Written test-1&1/2 hr (questions is mainly based basic accountings)
2ndround-HR/Technical round
