• CA/ CS essential
• Post Graduation in Management or other relevant Finance Discipline is desirable
• Overall work experience of 10-15 years
• Deep understanding of PE/VC space or other similar asset management companies
• Good experience in dealing in Companies & Securities Law
• Managing statutory compliances for advisory company and various funds being (sub) advised – onshore as well as offshore
• Overseeing day-to-day funds’ activities e.g. capital calls, disbursements, funds’ accounts, investor reporting,
• Leading funds’ structuring and closure from a legal and tax compliance perspective
• Support on portfolio management w.r.t regular reporting, statutory compliances, audit policies, financial management, portfolio valuation
• Support in investment and exit process - especially on audit and statutory areas
• Treasury & Risk management
• Experience in conducting audit, taxation and treasury function for companies / funds
• Co-ordination with Bankers, Attorneys and Financial Market Intermediaries
• Other related AMC matters like tax planning, insurance etc.
