We are looking for Chartered Accoutant for our client into Audit and Taxation at Mumbai.
The job detail is as follows:
(A) Assistance in providing various compliance and advisory services from an Indian direct tax and regulatory perspective. This may include:
1. Assisting the Company in obtaining tax registrations,
2. Assisting in preparing advance tax computations,
3. Assisting in preparing and filing their income-tax and wealth-tax returns;
4. Assisting the Company in assessment, appellate and other proceedings before the various tax authorities and preparing / filing written requisite submissions. We would not be appearing before any court.
5. Issuing withholding tax certificate in respect of payments to foreign entities
6. Examining withholding tax implications arising from routine local and overseas payments and reviewing of withholding tax returns
7. International tax advisory services with respect to implications under tax-treaties
8. Assistance in other need based Indian income-tax and regulatory compliances and advisory services.
(B) Assisting the Company in need based compliance and advisory services related to FEMA and advisory in Corporate Laws. This may include:
1. Assisting in filings / approvals required as per the Indian foreign exchange regulations
2. Assisting in complying with various procedural and compliance requirements
3. Advising on foreign exchange issues
4. Assisting in obtaining Digital Signature Certificate and Director Identification Number for Directors
5. Assisting in incorporation of a Company in India, including liaisoning with third party service providers
6. Assisting in filing returns / documents with the ROC
7. Ongoing advisory services with respect to company law related matters
