• Over all functioning of the accounts and finance department.
• Preparation of cash flow and fund flow statement of the company.
• Keep track over the fund position of the company and repayments.
• Preparation of future and annual financial plans and budget for expense and income.
• Interaction with banks and financial institutions for creation and mobilization of smooth fund flow in company.
• Compliances of all income tax implications. h
• Ensure compliance with taxation requirements (direct & indirect) of the company as per legislative requirements. You will be required to ensure that all the periodical returns are prepared, scrutinized and filed with respective authorities.
• Preparation and finalization of accounts of the organization. Dealing and interaction with various regulatory authorities and to ensure that all the formalities are fulfilled.
• Ability to advice on sound investing opportunities and maintaining investment portfolios.
