Zero llp

LLP 165 views 1 replies

Since I am doing some freelance work over internet for free for NGO's I am concerned that I might get into some problems and it might create personal liability in future.

Inorder to protect my personal assets I want to a have a LLP from my home address jointly with my family member and show that all work is done by the LLP. There is no monetary considerations involved.

Just want to know that is it possible to start a LLP without Shop and Eastablishment License and Professional Tax Number ? Am I laible to pay the S&E and/or PT fees ?

I am already paying professional tax as a employee.

It is not advisable to incorporate an LLP just for this work. As far as you are not doing any wrong thing, you should not be worried.
