MY OPINION IS THAT IT DEPENDS ON PERSON.......THERE ARE LACS OF MEMBERS ON MANY SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES. SO WE CANNOT SAY THAT A WASTE OF TIME, WHILE ON THE OTHER HAND MANY PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE TO CREATE A PROFILE ON THOSE SITES. FOR EXAMPLE, I DO NOT USE SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES

i disagree with both of you,

social networking sites, are a useful tools to share your pics happiness etc. with your relatives and friends to whom are not near to us.

these sites are a good tools to be in touch with your circle. also you can use them for sharing knowledge / news etc.

also one should not worry about privacy etc. there are several tools to protect your privacy, one have to be a little bit cautious what to share in public etc.

I love these social networking sites, i gained a lot of knowledge from there also i m now in touch with almost lost freinds relatives on regular basis. a great innovation of science these networking sites if used properly

I also agree with Mr.Praveen, because today many of people have no time to meet and discuss ..to share their feelings...For those people Social net working sites are to some extent act as remedy....

And we can gain knowledge and share our knowledge to others...

For any thing in the World there is Pros and Cons...So it depends On Ours purely...How you take it my frnd.
