Technical issue could be there. try after sometime.
Tried many times. cleared cache as well still not working. but on mobile website is working fine

Yes might be, you should clear all your history from Google and then login on portal in your desktop
Change the browser
Delete the browser and reinstall the browser. Also run the antivirus installed and delete the cache. It will work.
