Yearly disclosure sebi(sast) -last date ??

Hello ,

According to SEBI (SAST ) Regulations 2011 , all the promoter/ promoter group needs to submit the disclosure under regulation 30 (1) and 30 (2) within 7 working days from the end of the financial year.

Query :-

This time stock exchanges are having holiday on 02.04.2015 / 03.04.2015 again on 04.04.2015 is Saturday and 05.04.2015 is Sunday ----

In this scenario , Pl. suggest what is the last day of submission ?

Submit it on or before 13th April ...!!
