According to SEBI (SAST ) Regulations 2011 , all the promoter/ promoter group needs to submit the disclosure under regulation 30 (1) and 30 (2) within 7 working days from the end of the financial year.

In this scenario , Pl. suggest what is the last day of submission ?
Submit it on or before 13th April ...!!
