Always late......
Y only in case of PCC/PE II/IPCC students.
If they are not certain of timmings then why do they make such announcement, that keeps students guessing.
Very bad timming sense.
Even last attempt they did the same...

This type of attitude by ICAI makes students feel that some revisions (negetive) is going on at ICAI Delhi
