We are having Printing & Stationery Retail Shop (Annual Turnover below Rs. 25 Lakhs) and taken composition scheme. Today I have heard that Composition dealer can provide services with goods but upto Rs. 5 Lakhs only. So I need to know whether Xerox is covered under Goods or Service?
Please let me know. Thank You.
so that means my annual turnover of xerox should be below Rs. 5 Lakhs otherwise my composition scheme will be invalid ?
Zerox activities will be considered as Service. Thus you are not eligible for composition scheme
But what if our annual xerox turnover is below Rs. 5 Lakhs and material sale below Rs. 20 Lakhs? Are we eligible for composition scheme?
