Dear Experts,
One of our unit at different State in India imported some chemicals, IEC & Importer Name also in that unit.
subsequently our purchase people received some qty from that BOE direct from port itself. Now other unit people are telling that, we will give Xerox BOE and endorsement of partial qty transfer details.
Now my doubt is how can I take Cenvat benefit on Xerox copy of BOE and IEC & Importer name also diffrent.
Please give clarification?
