Xbrl rules notified and e-forms 23ac-xbrl & 23aca-xbrl released

MCA has notified the Companies (Filing of documents and forms in eXtensible Business Reporting Language) Rules, 2011 which will come in force from Oct 6, 2011. Please check out the said Rules at the following Web Link:-
