MCA XBRL Validation Tool Beta Version (for Financial Statements)

 

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has released MCA XBRL Validation Tool for filing of Financial Statements for the year 2012. Final Validation Tool and subsequent XBRL filings of financial statements for F.Y. 2011-12 on MCA website would be enabled with effect from 14th October, 2012.

XBRL filing enabled w.e.f. 14.10.2012.

 

Final version of the MCA XBRL Validation Tool (for Financial Statements based upon new Schedule VI of the Companies Act, 1956) has been released. XBRL. Filing of financial statements for accounting year commencing on or after 01.04.2011 has been enabled on MCA website with effect from 14.10.2012.

 

All companies covered under XBRL, can file their financial statements in XBRL mode without any additional fee/ penalty up to 15th November, 2012 or within 30 days from the date of their AGM, whichever is later.

Time limit to file the Financial Statements in the XBRL mode has been extended

upto 15th December, 2012

 

General Circular No. 34/2012 dated 25-10-2012

 

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has vide above circular extended the time limit to file the Financial Statements for the financial year commencing on or after 1st April, 2011 in the XBRL mode without any additional fee/penalty upto 15th December, 2012 or within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, whichever is later.

 

Circular No. 34/2012 dated 25th October, 2012 is attached herewith for your kind perusal.
