(i) All companies listed in India and their subsidiaries, including overseas subsidiaries;

(ii) All companies having a paid up capital of Rs. 5 Crore and above or a Turnover of Rs 100 crore or above.

You can download a education mode software free of cost at sinewave ( taxbase) website. It allow you to create only one assessee and software is linked directly with MCA Validation tools.

BUT DURING THIS YEAR XBRL REQ. IS NOT APPLICABLE SO WHETHER IT IS REQUIRED TO FILE XBRL DURING THIS YEAR OR NOT
