Hi,

with ref.to circular No.16 dated 6.07.2012 --i need to understand  point No.2 (i) which states  all companies who were required to file their financial statements for FY -2010-11 , using XBRL mode.

in 2011 for one NBFC Company , we did not filed b.sheet /p & l in xbrl as it was exempted , but for its subsidiary (since holding was listed although nbfc) we filed b.sheet/p&l in xbrl.

now the holding /subsidiary relation ship does not exist as there issome change in shareholding pattern this year 2012.

now my query is

1)  still listing NBFC is exempted but whether for subsidiary i should file bsheet/p &l in xbrl  in 2012 --(hold/sub.relation ship does not exit?)

2) is my query falls under above refered point in circular ?
