someone wrongly credited amount under 192 and TDS also deducted

so he have to file return according to 26AS and claim TDS.... or any other option ?

wht is consequence if he file according tho this and get refund?

you shouldn't take credit... Don't needs to file return if notice receive then reply the fact.

Ask that person to revise TDS return. It gets updated as soon as it is submitted.

but if tht employer intentionally doin this, then?
and if he file return later after 31 st then he have to pay late fees

26 as doesn't provide any communication details so it is not possible to contact with the unknown deductor.

But he can serach in googe by typing the deductor name. If not found deductor then keep as it is.

ok sir,... actually he is doing his own work.... so can he file ITR for salary according to 26 AS... and is there any problem afterwards?
