I had worked in an office for 25 days then left the job without any notice. has not received my salary from that place. now my 26 AS form show the tax deduction and deposited by employer for that period. what shud i do, i haven't raised a single money for that period. what shud i do while filing my return ?

If you show the TDS deducted by the company in your ITR then you have also to show the Income that is reflecting in the 26AS.
Otherwise you are not bound to show any income which you have not received,and you can also justify it when such requirement arises.
Dear Ajay,
You could get the refund of TDS dedcuted if your income is below exemptiion limit.
