In case of point no. 12 of AOC - 4 which requires preparation of consolidated financial statement, the NO option was selected instead of yes and the form has been approved. This now bars the company from filing AOC - 4 CFS. We tried re-submitting the form but the same was not allowed and prescrutiny error occured.
Can anybody provide a solution to this please.
Need not to even meet the ROC person.
All you need to do is submit two affidavits one from the director and other from a CA along with the covering letter requesting for cancellation of older form filled.
In the affidavits, all you have to write is that it was not a act of fraud and if any future liability appears it will be all on the company.
