Wrong pan no in form-16

Hi All. 

      I am working for a Software Company since jan 2011. The PAN NO in my company data base is different from my original pan no. For instance "ABNXXXXX"  insted of "AVNXXXXX". The form 16 i got now is with someone else name. 

What can i do??? Can any one tell me what to do for this....:-( ???

ask your employer to refile the tds returns with the correct pan!!!!!!!! What were you doing when the wrong pan number is being used from 2011???? how did you e file you IT return in the previous year????
