on the face of PAN CARD of my MARRIED FEMALE relative FATHER's NAME is appearing....but we want to have HER HUSBAND's NAME ON IT....
kindly tell me the procedure of changing it...n everything in this regard...like---CHARGES/TIME TAKEN FOR CHANGE/FORM TO BE FILLED/ AUTHORITY TO BE CONTACTED/ DO SHE NEED TO SURRENDER CURRENT PAN CARD??

There is no need to change this, for the reason that there is always father name's will appear according to general practice so there should not be husband name on face of pan card.
According to Income Tax Practice there is a logic that in case of devorce or any other matter where husband leave his wife, in that case husband may be change but in any case father can not be change so there are always father name appear.
