I have filled my ITR4s online 2 days back. I filled it as nil taxable income. but actually there is a 1250 Rs. tax payble.
i have not send the e-file acknoledgement to department.
can i rectify it by any menner.

you had filed your return without paying Self Assessment Tax. So that return is Called Defective Return U/s. 139(9) and Notice will be served by Income tax Department Shortly to You and asking you to paid Income Tax with Interest if any. So Dont wait for Income Tax Notice paid your Self Assessment Tax immidietaly and produce the Challan before Assessing Officer.
