By first time I prepared my ITR4 myself for AY 2014-15 in Aug'2015.ITO has sent a scrutiny notice u/s 143(2) & 142(1).Now I recheck my ITR4 form,I notice that I commited a mistake to pick Y for u/s 94A.But I have not at all any transctions in this regard.Now please suggest how I face the scritiny..??

Don't worry
Before appearing you may rectify your IT return in income taxIndiafiling.gov.in
To proceed to rectify you must have 143{1} intimation
after rectification kindly take a copy of the rectified computation and submit it before the ITO
I have 143(1) order.I have tried to rectify but they say it is sent to AST for rectify.So I am unable to rectify it via online.
Since the due date of revisation of ITR has been expired, you may not revise the return, you may go to ITO and he will tell the solution or way, since you are not actually involved in transtion u/s 92b.
hello chandresh we can apply for rectification with 4 years as per 154 of the act
The above procedure is for rectification not for revised return
Here as per 154 rectification is disabled by the site....I hv tried.
Yes may apply for rectification but we apply for rectification which is apparent from record basically airthmatical accuracy or illogical enteries. I think in your case rectification application will perhaps work.

I think you will have to go to ITO, he will tell the way. and another way might be application to commissioner u/s 264.
