sir , what to do. when someone filled igst amount in table no 3.1.a , where it should be in 3.1.b .
and no credit is available for igst .
in case of export .

It's better you contact to your jurisdiction officer , with copy of return, (3b, GSTR1) , shipping bill & Application stating the mistake done by you in 3b

yes GSTR 1 filled properly but ,due to some reasons IEC dept not send some of the Shipping bills.
But , BE/Shipping Bill no. is mandatory in Gstr1 to get refund
sir , there is a problem in GSTR 3.
