Wrong entry of purchase of time deposits (SFT-005) in AIS

My AIS has  the following entry,

But I have not bought any type of time deposit/securities from HDFC Bank. 
Although I have taken a personal loan from HDFC Bank of 21,77,936 in the same financial year.

What to do in this case, Can anyone please help?
