Sir today i received a TDS certificate from a company. I just went on the website of incometax and found out that the TAN had been alloted in the companys name but the category of deductor was under "Firms/AOP/AOP(Trust)/BOI/Artificial Juridiacal Person" So would i be getting the credit of the TDS or not and will there be any problem to the company if it continues to pay TDS under that head.

You will definitely get the credit for the tax that has been deducted on your behalf. But the company should immediately apply for correction in its data.
