In My Form - 16 the HRA deduction was wrong....
Should I file my return with my Actual Calcuation of HRA??
It would affact the gross income and I will eligible for some returns :)

If you have supporting documents to prove genuineness of your case then you should file ROI claiming correct HRA exemption.

My previous emplyer didnt consider the entire HRA filed by me. I need to resubmit the ITR to claim the additional tax deducted.
Kindly advise how to do the same.
Wch ITR form to file ITR 1 or ITR 2? Which sheets to fill to take corrective action.
