By mistake i have select wrong AY 2016-17 instead of AY 2015-16.So now how i can rectify the same and online submission of ITR is 4th Dec.16.

How did you file the ITR? Even if you select wrong A.Y the X M L file will not get uploaded on efiling website as there is validation control for the same.
Did you pay taxes for the wrong assessment year?
I have not upload XML file and also not paid any tax ,Even i claim refund of Rs.1280/- that was deducted from salary in AY 15-16 and TDS also deducted in AY16-17 more than 11000/-.
