Writting off old tds from balance sheet

Hello,

I would like to know how do i pass entry to write off old TDS amount showing on the assets side in the balancesheet of a partnership firm? i guess the refunds received for the respective years were adjusted against some other account head, which is difficult to trace. any help would be appreciated.

Please note that I had similar problem in individual balancesheet also, but the same was adjusted against capital account.
