I do not think you can select your own writer. The Institute has a panel of writers and you will get a writer selected by the Institute

My apologies. As per the website, if you are writing the intermediate or final exam, you can select your own writer but only an undergraduate.

If you are unable to find such a writer, the Institute will select one for you from its panel
