Great News to Article Assistant :

Finally ICAI high Doubled Stipend as below ( Check notification attached herewith )

ICAI intends to double the Articleship Stipend paid to CA Students by amending the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988.

The draft of changes to be made through which the Articleship Stipend would be doubled has been released by ICAI.

Any person desiring to make any objection or suggestion in respect of the said draft regulations, may forward the same to ICAI.

The Draft of Changes to be made would be taken into consideration after the expiry of 45 days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India, in which these draft regulations are published, are made available to the public.

The Official Notification released by ICAI in this regard has been attached herewith

who will raise objection on this........ soo mere increase useless increase it is loss- loss situation with icai......see the increase in amount of certified copy and verification???

I am Navin Gheewala (WRO0488370) an Articled Assistant in Bharuch City (Gujarat)-392001. I have doubt about rates applicable to Articled Assistants in Bharuch.

Population of Bharuch City in 2011 census was 1,68,729 and Population of Bharuch District in 2011 census was 15,50,822.

Which population should be consider to calculate stipend rates? And what is the definition of Cities/towns.?

What Stipend Rates should be applicable to Articled Assistants in Bharuch as per latest notification of Stipend Increased dated 23 January 2015? Please give reply as soon as possible. Thank You.
