Would a ca sign the form din-1 remotely?

Hello Team,

I'm do not have any CA nearby (not atleast in 100 miles) to approach to get the my DIN-1 eForm signed.. my Qn is... Can i have the DIN-1 eForm digitally signed by a CA remotely? i intend send him/her the completed DIN-1 eForm via internet and pay for the service.

Please let know.. if anyone you would know  who can provide the service..

send your DIN-1 form by mail to the CA who is ready to sign, he will attach his sign (DSC) and submit the Form to MCA21 or he will send back the form duly signed to you for submission by you to MCA21.

Provide the professional with the self attested PAN card and Adress Proof and duly signed Annexure 1..and it would be done.There is no issue whatsoever.

Format of Annexure 1 is as follows Annexure 1 Verification of applicant in case of Form DIN-1 as per of the DIN rules I, …………….., Son/Daughter of ……………., born on ………….resident of …………………………………hereby confirm and verify that the particulars given in the Form DIN-1 are true and correct and also are in agreement with the document being attached to the Form DIN-1. I further confirm that (i) The photograph and document attached to the Form DIN-1 belongs to me. I further confirm that all required documents have been duly attested by me or duly attested by either Public Notary or a Gazetted Officer of a Government and are attached to the Form DIN-1 and (ii) I am not restrained/ disqualified/ removed of, for being appointed as director of a company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 including Section 203, 274, 284 and 388 (E) of the said Act or for being appointed as a designated partner of a limited liability partnership under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 including section 5 of the said Act and (iii) I have not been declared as proclaimed offender by any Economic Offence Court or Judicial Magistrate Court or High Court or any other Court and (iv) I have not been already allotted a Director Identification Number (DIN) under Section 266B of the Companies Act, 1956 or a Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN) under section 7 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. (v) ........................in practice has been authorised to digitally sign DIN application on my behalf. . ………………..
