I am Govt(KPWD) works contractor what rate of gst applicable and any exemption for Labour charges

No sir, I am not private contractor , I am Govt contractor
Rate is 12%.
And No deduction for labour charges like you used to get in the earlier State Acts.
For government contractor gst rate is 12%
