my friend who is an engineer has got a subcontract from a contractor for maintenance work in Indian oil corporation. so he constituted a firm with other four freinds with objective of "engineering consultancy and contract" for getting the contract. there was a condition in a agreement that they must have gst number. he has constituted the firm with the objective of taking more work contracts ( houses and building a) in future.
can anyone help me with points to be remembered while doing gst registration in the website.
