I just want to know to write in visiting card as "Excise Consutant", do it require any qualification ? If I write being just a Commerce Graduate but having sound knowledge in Excise, will it create any problem?

There is no restriction to write as an "Excise consultant" or Tax Consultant in your visiting card. But for representing a matter to department officials representing a company, you should some qualifications prescribed under the Concerned law
