To Save any word file to PDF
1.If you've updated version of window like Window professional
Save As file in PDF format !
2. If you dont have such add-inns you can download the updated version
from click- Download Centre .
and follow the instructions on that page.
3. After you install the Publish as PDF or XPS add-in, you can export your file to PDF or XPS. (Export means saving)
4. Adobe Reader also provide you such facility if you're paid member!

U can also use primo pdf converter. It is free......., Or if you are using MS Office 2010 or 2013 then click 'save as' option and select PDF file format.
